He's lying, it's a scam. The real location of this scammer is Lagos, Nigeria (from his emails' headers). He has no phones to sell. all he wants is to steal money from people.

The site is fake. it belongs to a free host provider.

Which I believe is a part of a massive consumer electronics scam operation working out of Rivers State Nigeria.

Daven Morgan and Bills William are just a couple of the fake names they use, but they run this on a huge scale.

We discovered something lik e 100 co.cc fake websites and I suspect that there'll be a similar numer of .tl ones, but many of the scams work purely from spam and forum adverts supported by free mail addies and disposable phone numbers.

I'm going to see if I can keep track of them and their latest identities, which they churn and burn regularly.

If people understood that paying for electronic goods by Western Union is fatal, these scammers would go out of business and stop infesting the internet.

They are in Alibaba.com! Sale & Sale Company is the name of the supposed business. Almost fell for it. James Smith is the "name". They even sent a fake certificate! Luckily the address is the same and I was able to locate this forum. Watch out! They are selling DJI products! DJI PHANTOM 2
