We just got one of these letters from Mark Ruddock. Ruddock Financial Management, Englewood Colorado. So it is a scam? Or are you, like me, doing research? TMyers7669

Tim has posted the details as it is a definite scam.

There is no such thing as private lenders who randomly email people offering guaranteed loans at too good to be true rates.

If your own bank won't lend to you then no one on the Internet will - you'll just end up with scammers contacting you.
