They are also scamming the Portland, OR rental market. Here is a copy of the email. They used a different email this time. Also, they texted me from 347-509-5815 ... total scam. Unfortunately answered questions, but didn't send any further info or money. They used Zumper to post the ad:

Zillow listing shows its renting for way above what they are asking for too. Seem very fake.
