The price for your duration is £420 for the 7 nights.
All bills, linen and towels are included in the price.
Also payable is a refundable damage deposit of £200. This includes any damage to the property and any outstanding telephone calls.
If the property is left in a mutual state and there are no outstanding telephone, calls the deposit will be refunded cash on departure.
In order to secure the property 30% payment is required including the damage deposit. The remainder is due on arrival.
If the rent rate is paid in full on booking then subject to a 5% discount without a security deposit.
30% deposit is £126 plus the £200 refundable security deposit.
Total deposit required is: £326.
