It looks like over the last 60 days these same scammers has used two new domains/businesses to operate the scam.

The business name Soanex Consulting using the domain http://soanex.ca has already been shut-down. It was used for a few weeks beginning in mid September through late October.

The newest business name is QEMTEK Communications and Consulting, the domain is http://qemtek.com which was just registered a few days ago and is just getting ramped up.
