I received something exactly like that 2 weeks a go and keep receiving them.How do I stop them from coming?

You can’t completely stop them, who would want this type of junk?

Ways to reduce you seeing them are

Never respond to them, NEVER

Never use your personal email for anything except personal communications. Get a second email account (yahoo, hotmail, etc) to sign up for things and other non critical uses.

Also when you can change (use you second account) or remove your email for every net service or post you can

Finally get a good spam filter.
