So..

This morning I get a call from this number.

2348023124847

He called twice and left messages. The first one was just static and the second one was just had too much static to understand.

I don't respond to any of those scams from emails and whatnot, but who the hell gave them my number? That or what poor sap from the area I'm from is being scammed.

What should I do at this point?

I have no idea what this is about but that number comes up in a search Here

Besides ignore it and dont send any money there is little you can do about it.

I am glad to see you know enough to come here and ask though so well done.

Oh, welcome

Lulztron 9000, welcome! It is possible they didn't have your number. They use lists of possible numbers and keep dialing until they reach someone. The scams vary, but they often claim you have won a prize. Of course, you are required to pay for the delivery of the nonexistent prize.

That phone number goes to a Nigerian mobile phone. As Ralph has said, just ignore it.
