I post here as an option and hope for refunding my money from these cyber criminals. On dec. 6th 2017 I paid a phone from this webretailer. Acc to their site info they had to send me an E-mail with a tracking number for my order. Nothing like this happened. Googled this company and found many people saying lovemallweb.com is a scam. My order price in the web site was 45,76 $ with the official course of my national Bulgarian bank that was 75,50 lv. They took from my card - 87,93 lv though the delivery was setted as free.
Many people wrote their accounts in this web retailer desapeared, so I took pictures from account and order.
Please, help me refund my money from them. The phone I wanted to buy was a Christmas gift for my son and now dont have the money to buy him smt else .

Yes, I did it. They told me the same. There is a possibility to help me when contact the scammer's bank. I informed the cyber crimes department in my country as well.
