Thanks for posting this--as you already know, this is a definite scam.

Based on the "requirements" I suspect that this would be a check printing job. In some cases, there may be an up-front scam in which the victim is told he/she has to send money to buy special software, while in others, the victim is actually given instructions for printing and mailing check--the problem is, of course, that the checks are fraudulent and the victim could be arrested.
