Leasing Procedure for Multiple BGs and SBLCs:

NO-UPFRONT MONEY / We don't pay upfront fees !

I have the Contract as the Facilitator Representative for this client Lessee.

In addition to our current purchase exercise of SBLC/BG for large volumes with the Providers, the below are the specifics of our second requirement to fulfill immediate project funding:

1. Leased SBLC/BG, minimum 500M EURO, issued by top bank, for a total contract sum of say 2B-3B, R&E, with validity one (1) year one (1) day.

2. Procedure:
(1) Provider's bank issues MT799-MT199-MT999 Pre-Advice
(2) Receiver's bank issues MT799-MT199-MT999 Bank Payment Undertaking (BPU)
(3) Provider's bank issues MT760 SBLC/BG
(4) Receiver's bank pays fees
(5) Provider's bank sends Hard Copy to Receiver's bank

3. Immediate schedule, to complete prior to the year end closing, or at least 2-3 tranches of 500M before rollovers to January.

4. The attachments are the CIS and BCL for immediate transactions. Please send us the DOA for our immediate execution.
Per our call looking in to Leaseing multiple BGs and SBLCs. Price 48 or lower up to 50B each top banks, for constructing an 100B refinery project and other's. Do you have a list of instruments for Lease? When could we set up a call with your Provider as you said to get the Seller on the phone or send Provider phone number and email I will keep you sent a copy of all emails.

I have POFs, a BCL /ATV and CIS.

THE SWIFT MESSAGE ISSUED BY PROVIDER’S BANK TO BUYER’S BANK MUST BE FOR FURTHER CREDIT INTO BUYER’S BANK ACCOUNT. THE SWIFT MESSAGE MUST BE SENT VIA THE TRADITIONAL STANDARD BRUSSELS SWIFT SYSTEM (SWIFT.COM)“URGENT” SWIFT WIRE – SAME DAY DELIVERY” (NOT VIA EUROCLEAR, NOT VIA BANK SCREEN AND NOT NORMAL PRIORITY), AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT SWIFT.NET

Our bank ? ICBC China?, Anhui Branch? requires Seller's Bank to ? issue SWIFT MT199/799/999 RWA/Pre-Advice to confirm its RWA readiness to issue SBLC/BG, thereafter upon the receipt and authentication, ICBC will response with SWIFT MT199/799/999 BPU, followed by MT760 SBLC/BG, MT103 Payment, and Hard Copy.

We do not accept to pay upfront part payment and or upfront Blocked Fund prior? to the receipt and authentication of MT760. Seller's bank has to move first to confirm its RWA readiness to issue SBLC/BG, thereafter ICBC will response accordingly by SWIFT.

We do not do tear sheet or bank statement, only BCL as we are using credit lines to pay for the price of SBLC/BG, not cash deposit at bank.

We do accept SBLC/BG for LEASE and PURCHASE, in fact LEASE will be much quicker and simpler.

For further clarification and confirmation, please send us the DOA, LEASE or PURCHASE, for our review, confirmation and signature to proceed.
