I received this email today from "Tony Wayne" It is word for word the same as an email I found on this site by googling the telephone number,,, 447045764250
This is the email:
My name is Tony Wayne, I saw your advert on http://www.craigslist.org
concerning your room for rent. Please I would like to know if the room
is still available. I am a Construction Engineer and will be traveling
down to the States for my 6 months vacation and 6 months project
making a total of one year that's 12 months, all the way from England,
I am 29yrs of age.....also I want you to enlighten me more about your rent,
your mode of payment (how to pay), if there's any need of me signing a
lease then I will handle that aspect as soon as I make confirmation
payment for the room and finally arrive, I can then fill and be able
to sign as well... hope to hear back from you as soon as possible and
