I am the owner of the apartment located in Calle Reina 39, 28004 - Madrid .
Living area: 90 m2
This apartment can be rented for 600 Euros per month, including all utilities (gas / electricity / dishwasher / phone / cable / internet / parking), for an unlimited period. The apartment is in good condition, clean and ready to use. The kitchen is fully furnished.
The apartment has a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, an oven, a toaster, a coffee machine, internet access and Wi-Fi.
We bought the apartment in 2012 and lived there until last month. Then my work contract ended and returned home to Genoa, Italy.
The apartment is close to all public transport, a shopping center, a fitness center and other local facilities. Pets are allowed, but I ask that you make sure that everything is clean. The apartment has a parking space. I have invested a considerable amount in this department and would be very grateful if you treat them as your property. I'm not interested in making money with rental income, I am interested in a long term tenant to take over the property.
Because of my unexpected return to Italy, I did not have time to find a reliable tenant. The keys are here with me. As soon as I find a serious tenant, I return to Madrid, Spain to show the apartment and sign the contract.
