Sorry for the late reply.
I have good news . Today, I found an Airbnb Hosts office two street distance from my home .
I already finished the arrangements for the viewing process .

I gave them the keys, the signed rental contract ,a copy of my ID, and a copy of the ownership title which show me as the legal owner.

The agency assured me that they will send you a notification via email with details about payment and delivery (as a invoice type). As soon as your payment will be verified, Airbnb Hosts will start the delivery of the keys and the documents. Airbnb Hosts will send an agent to your registered address to deliver the keys.
Please check all your folders of your email (Inbox,Spam folders) because the Airbnb Hosts agent told me that they already sent you the transaction rental invoice ( The invoice can be delivered directly to your Spam folder because the spam filtering has become more rigorous) .

If you have a chance to arrange everything tomorrow, it will be great.

I found this scammer very new in Philippines but seems they found it it's much easier than before what they did for Chinese/ Taiwanese victims.

In my case the initial Room for Rent info is posted on here,
subsidiaryntpad.com.ph/listing.htm?a=2&id=9130813410&cl=1

And diverted to transact like booking at Airbnb through emails that the scammer saying the unit is handled by Airbnb Host Service Agency which explained it is a subsidiary company of Airbnb.
I received this email last night because I told him since tomorrow is Friday I want to send money already.
Be aware everyone and somebody in Greece should report to authority to catch this group.
