The apartment is still available for rent. It`s nice, clean, quiet neighborhood and has all the facilities and utilities that a person may need: fitted kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, bathroom, dishwasher, laundry service, washing machine, air conditioner. Pets are allowed in the flat. There`s also parking available.

The monthly rent for the entire apartment is EUR 1,160 with all utilities included (heat, electricity, water, WiFi).
The apartment address is: 4 Rue de Ventadour, 75001 Paris.

Hi,

I`ve started the process and AirBnb sent you 2 emails:
1st email with the booking itinerary attached by email;
2nd email with lease agreement attached by email;

In the invoice you have all info. including the payment details and in the rental agreement, for your piece of mind please look at the point #15 that your money are 100% protected.

AirBnb advised me to inform you to check your Spam/Junk folder to make sure you received their email.
The amount you must send is € 1325 by Wire Bank Transfer, so you need to go to your bank and make the payment or if you have an online banking you can make it online.

Note! The payment must be confirmed in less then 48 hours, otherwise the offer will expire and on the transfer paper you must write only the number "419" as reference, nothing else, so please confirm you`ve received the instructions and you`ll make the payment in less then 48 hours.
