I'm glad you speak English so we can understand in a proper manner. Well, I have to tell you that the apartment is free at the moment and you can rent it for a long term.
Now I'm living in London, but ain't matter as I'm willing to send you the keys to visit the apartment and decide if you like it. You'll have 2 days inspection period available before rent it.
The process will be carried through Airbnb because it's a very protected way . I've used their services before and I'm telling that it was a great opportunity for me to work with them.
