Hello,
Thank you for your interest in renting my apartment. The apartment is located at: Oettingenstraße 8a, 80538 Munich, very close to University Hospital (Rechts der Isar), Maximilianeum and the Munich attractions.
The newly furnished and fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator.
The price of the monthly rent is 600.00 € + 300.00 € security deposit. The monthly price includes all usage costs. City registration is also possible.
This property comes fully furnished, ready for move-in as we speak. A clean and quiet apartment with cable TV, high-speed WiFi internet, washing machine and dryer. Just in case repairs are needed there I will cover the costs no worries. The new fitted kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and extractor fan is fully equipped: Dishes, cookware, cutlery, etc., as well as some electrical appliances, vacuum cleaners and cleaning products are ebefalls available. You'll love it for sure!
Pets are allowed but I ask you to make sure everything is always kept clean. The bedroom is very comfortable, with enough space for wardrobe etc.
The apartment was bought in 2015, and I lived in Germany until last month, when my employment contract expired and returned to back to Brussels, Belgium. Due to the fact that I am located outside Germany and with so limited possibilities, I have to use HomeAway for the rental process.
I would like to know how many people will live in the apartment and also which rental contract do you prefer to start with - 6 months or 1 year with option of renewal. The monthly payments can be wired to my Bank Account or we can setup a payment method that is suitable for both of us.
