I have to tell you that I can rent the property for a maximum of 3 years and at least a month, but I prefer to rent it for a long time.
The price per month is £600 including (gas, water, internet, electricity, tv). I sent you here some pictures of my apartment here.

Airbnb works with Airbnb deposit but the deposit you will get back in the same day you will sign the contract and get the keys. They will take care of everything.
The price is for whole apartment, you will not have any roommate, you can stay with whoever you want. If you accept AirBnB please let me know.
