I have a contract with AirBNB. They manage and insure my property.
Firstly, you have to make the booking on AirBNB because they will check your credit score and they will give you the permission to enter into the property. Once you will complete the booking, I will come with the keys and you will be able to inspect the property before taking the final decision. After inspection, if you don't like the property, you can ask your money back from AirBNB. All the amount you pay will be kept in their protected account until you inspect the property.
AirBNB will cover me 100% for any damages that may result in the property. If something goes wrong in the property, AirBNB will hire a plumber to fix the problems and they will support the fees.
