am I being scammed by a romance scammer

I have been talking to a man who I suspect is a romance scammer. I have already sent him 1000 US when he was in trouble. Now he says he has sent me a package with 35000 US dollars, jewellery and iphone X. Here is the email below from the courier company. Is this a scam!!

I'm sorry, but he is definitely a romance scammer.

There is no package, it is just an excuse to steal more money from you by charging customs fees, etc.

The best thing to do is totally block the courier and the man and don't respond to them. Don't accuse them of being scammers, as they will just try to deny it and carry on scamming you.

Please also post the full details of the man you have been talking to as his other victims may be searching for them.
