LinkedIn scammer

Hi!
I am almost sure I've been scammed, but need your opinion too.
Met on LinkedIn in February, he lives in USA but now is in Russia, construction engineer, personal contract. Texting on WhatsApp.
He sent a package by courier service, lugagge and funds. But I couldn't find anything that proves he's real or the existance of the package.
Delivery man was asking for payment on Russian bank account of an individual not company. First payment done, part by me part by the sender. The second payment not, with an explanation that I'm unable to do that.
Sorry if my english is not perfect, that's not my native language.
He's a widow, one son.
Still texting me, without bothering me with his problems about money and breaching contract.
Belive that his keeping me in the game just in case..
I'm guessing there is no doubt he's a scammer?

Yes, I've founded a Nigerian person with exactly the same name on FB, but as I sent a screen shoot to the scammer, the name was changed in the middle of our comunication. That was the test and the result was more than clear!
I do have pictures, but still not sure how to upload them.

Searching the web by address of the courier company, came up with few sites looking exactly the same, just different name and logo.
Probably used in similar scams...

The scammer abuses stolen pictures of Dr. Miguel Stanley, a leading celebrity dentist and the founder and CEO of White Clinic based in Lisbon, Portugal.
