Sorry for all the difficulty in the line of receiving your promised

Contact the Office of the Foreign Affairs where you will obtain the
FOREIGN BUSINESS CERTIFICATE needed so you can receive your expected
funds.

Stay away from any other office or person promising to send a fund to
you since you cannot receive any foreign originated fund without a
foreign business certificate. Once you have this foreign certificate
you can use it to receive your fund from any office without paying any
fee. The foreign business certificate has every foreign qualification
it takes to receive all your foreign originated funds without paying
any fees.

NOTE: The FOREIGN business certificate fee is $50 only, therefore
contact the Foreign minister and send the fee to have your foreign
business certificate. Also, your first foreign payment have been
assigned and ready at the FOREIGN AFFAIRS OFFICE, therefore you will
receive your first $9.2-Million from the Foreign Affairs Office at no
cost after you must have paid the $50 to have your FOREIGN BUSINESS
CERTIFICATE.
