files whose funds are still not yet been paid and among which is your
own file. Even when it was approved by me in 2018/19 budget to offset
all payment as it were.

Affected beneficiaries like you should see this new policy as a golden
opportunity and also as the Government willingness/sincerity to pay
genuine liabilities. The decision of the President Federal Republic of
Nigeria was necessitated after the report submitted by an
investigation panel revealed unnecessary use of bureaucratic
procedures, imposition of unauthorized fees and diversion of
beneficiaries funds to accounts not authorized by them.

We deem it necessary to put you in the picture that your funds will be
