Because he was in china on a business trip and that was how he meet his end.and his account relationship officer said he did not mention any Next of Kin / heir when the account was opened.

I will like to inform you that my client deposited the sum of 18.7 million. Deposited in one of the Banks outside Africa with a view of investing it especially in the area of real estate. So I will like you to give me more details concerning property/estate business in your country. Please do get back to me, if this proposal meets your consent so that we can discuss on the way forward. so the $ 18.7 million in that amount will be credited to your account, and then I'll come to your country for a share of the money, 45% for me and 45% for you and 10% will be donated to the orphanage.
