Hello,

Thank you for your response to my email. It is important at this time to
explain to you the reason and purpose of my contacting you. It is for a
business purpose which I deem fit to conclude with you having viewed you
to be capable to handle business of this magnitude.

Firstly, My name is Taylor Miller. I am the personal lawyer to Mrs.
Susan Orwel-Brown, who is deceased now, and she is a client of mine,
whom I have worked for in more than two decades, but departed this world
without a Will or Testament.

My intent is to seek your genuine collaboration in the repossession of
her assets as the government of the UK is about to act based on the law
of next of kin which states that If a person dies intestate with no
identifiable next of kin or extended relative to claim the fund, the
person's estate generally escheats (i.e., legally reverts) to the
government.

The inheritance law of the United Kingdom gives a maximum of 10 years,
within which assets left behind by deceased family should be repossessed
or be forfeited to the treasury of the United Kingdom. It is over 9
years now that the woman left this world and if no one
comesup for the claim, the government will have no other option than to
act based on the law of next of kin.

I do not belong to the school of thought that suggests such assets of an
unfortunate family be lost to the possession of a few individuals.
Rather it should be used as vehicle for investment and Charity to
benefit the less privilege in the society, hence my contacting you so
that we can both work together to salvage the fund.

I intend to present an official submission to the bank reflecting your
name as the inheritor and custodian of the family estate and present you
to the bank for repossession of the fund accrual. The law permits this
presentation without prejudice. And race, distance or relationship does
not count here as long as I was able to present full legal documents
proving same to be true.

I need you to signify your interest and willingness to offer
collaboration to get this done with me.
