Hi Oracle,

Welcome to Scamwarners

Based on a search of the phone number I have to say it looks like a scam Click Here

Do you have any emails or an email address you can add here, it may help to determine if the site is legitimate or fake, often scammers will use a legitimate site to make their scams look more authentic although mu gut feeling is that the site is operated by scammers, I will ask one of our site experts to look into it for you.

Meanwhile, please take a look at our recovery scam section and do not send any more money for whatever reason.

If you have provided your credit card details I would further suggest contacting your bank and asking that your account details be changed.

Hopefully one of our members who knows more about fake sites will be able to give you further advice

The website was set up in 2006 for three years, which is untypical for scammers. They usually go for the minimum 12 months on th basis that the site will be shut down quickly.
One Google hit click hererelates a similar experience, but refers to having been paid for an earlier order. I think it may be a genuine business but one about to go under. Not unusual at present.
You could try, as one of the comments suggests, contacting the Swiss Chamber of Commerce. The more complaints, the better.

I'm unable to find anything to suggest that the website is fraudulent.

It could be a scammer "piggybacking" though. I'd need more information to determine if that's the case.

The contact information the OP gives matches what is seen on the WHOIS so it's doubtful that it's piggybacking.

I don't see enough to establish it is a scam as far as advance fee fraud goes, although it seems like it may be a company that possibly has, shall we say, unscrupulous business practices.

I found another similar complaint on alibaba.com but nothing further. It appears to be the same one as MTM found.
