Subject: Greetings from the office of Mark A Morgan
To Your Urgent Attention!!!

Greetings from the office of Mark A Morgan, Acting Commissioner U.S Customs and Border Protection (CBP) A delivery man from Department of Homeland Security office in the name of Mr Christopher Jerome was brought to our office in Brooklyn, NY. He was apprehended with a consignment box, we have scanned it and ascertained that the content of the box was worth $12.5 million united states dollars in cash. Basically, it is illegal to carry such huge mount of money in cash BUT after a series of interrogations and investigations carried on both on the bearer and the said funds, we found out that he has all the documents to back up the said funds, and that the funds was not smuggled or in any way related to drugs or any crime. With all due procedures and protocols taken, he was able to submit most of the needed documents such as his ID, Anti-terrorism, Funds Ownership certificate, Internal Revenue certificate. This proves beyond reasonable doubt the genuinely, legitimacy and authenticity of the funds. Hence I want to bring to your notice that we the customs officials do not have any problem with the delivery of your funds and we don't intend to confiscate it. but as the law demands, You will have to PAY FOR BOTH CLEARANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE of the said funds. This should amount to the sum of $350 only. If you can obtain this today, then he will complete his delivery.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Mark A Morgan,
Law enforcement officer
U.S Customs and Border Protection
