Below is the message from 'Kelly' (which turned to be a, probably, African guy with very bad English accent) regarding his post on 'Craiglist' website.

I made a call on my friend's behalf and the number is in UK. He claimed that he lives in UK now and the keys are with him. If we want to rent it, we have to sign contract via e-mail and send him a deposit, then he will mail the keys to us immediately. The way he described his apartment was exactly the same as the guy named 'Sebastian' who claimed to have a place in Amsterdam. The photos he posted are too good to be true for an apartment with that price. Living room and the kitchen are so luxury.

Since I live in town, I'm thinking of dropping by at the place one day and let the owner knows about this scam. So sick of people like him.

Welcome to Scamwarners. 4470 numbers are free and redirect calls to another phone anywhere in the world. They had a genuine use for people on the move in the days before cellphones, but nowadays only scammers pretending to be in the UK seem to use them.

Edit. Corrected to show 4470 - not 337.
