APPROVAL AND IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF FILE NO: /NNPC/BPB/KSF-2020. Amount
:USD$47,000,000.00.

My Name Is Dr. Maurice Hopewell Ademola, I am the payment officer in
charge of pending Foreign Contractors funds. On assumption of office,
we carried out a lot of payments to respective Beneficiaries who have
completed the fund transfer process and documentations and we are
still working on the ones that are yet to complete the process,
although most of the Beneficiaries has completed the entire process
and Government approved payments for their fund transfer but funds
transfer could not take place before the second term of President
Mohammed Buhari.

As a result of the zeal of the present Government to fight corruption,
ongoing payment was suspended and put on hold some times pending the
bureau of investigation to complete their work on physical
verification on contract execution site. This investigation has been
worked on and completed which leads to my appointment into office to
execute the remaining payment to all Beneficiaries who have completed
their contract and also all documentations and Government approved
payments.

The main reason I am contacting you is as a result of one of the
Contractors from USA who has completed all the process, the only thing
left is to credit his account before re- Election of President
Mohammed Buhar second term in office which place the his payment on
hold. all effort to contact him since I resumed office last year all
to no avail, no next of kin in his file, right now we have a very
short time left and any unclaimed money will be returned to government
Treasury.

Where you come in is that I want you to stand as the next of kin to
receive the contract payment (Forty Seven Million US Dollars) on our
behalf, You are not making any payment, and the original contractor
has made all the payment and submitted all needed documentation.

I will give you all the details and also his name and contact
information to try if you can reach him, for me I presume he is dead
that is the reason all effort to reach him has failed. if you try his
phone number and email and was unable to reach him you will agree with
my presumption.

I wait to hear from you to enable us proceed with the fund transfer.
