You sent me an email asking about my apartment in 3638 17th Street. The
unit is still available.
It is a 1 bed & 1 bath unit and the rent is $900 with utilities included.
The unit is not a shared one, so you`l have it all for yourself.
I would like also to know something about yourself if you want to rent it.
Will you live there by yourself ? When do you plan to move in? For how
long you intend to rent the place?
