Looks very much like a fake site.
-Website was registered 3 weeks ago, and only for a year, yet the copyright on the website shows 1995.
-The website registration is Canada, yet the business claims to be in New Jersey, a bit strange.
-The actual address listed for the registrant is incomplete--the building is a 12 story building, yet the address is missing a unit number.
-Ditto for the supposed company address. 277 Fairfield Road has suites, which means the business should have a suite number.
-Notice there is no phone number on the site either, and yellowpages.com shows no business by that name in Fairfield, NJ.
-I couldn't check to see whether the application form, which is a joke itself (since when do you choose whether your own credit rating is good/fair/poor etc?) is secured, as I visited through a secure proxy, but I suspect it won't be.
-Uses a mail.com address, which is free, and not typical of an established business.
