Here are some info about us also, my name is Lilly Elsner, I am an architect and my husband is a travel agent, I am from Belgium and he is from Germany.
My company has won an auction in Belgium and we had to leave Germany for a minimum of three years.
We never lived In the apartment because we bought it for short term rentals and been in the Airbnb circuit from the beginning, but because we moved in another country and we can not manage this business from distance we are looking for an honest person that can take care of the apartment. As I said the cost of the rent is 850 EUR utilities included and the deposit is 1000 EUR.
We can rent the apartment for a period of up to 10 years, depends on you for how long you want to rent it.
