Hi. Please help.
A friend of mine found a 20 weeks old English bulldog puppy from an advertisement .the saler asked 400€ total for dog and shipments. The company that he would send the puppy is best expert logistics service. After she put her signature at the "transfer of ownership" document and transferred the 400€ from her bank account, they informed her that they need more money!! They asked for additional 1100 € for more vaccines and the cage of transportation. And that the puppy was only 12 weeks old. Of course she refused to pay more money and she said that she stoppes everything because they lied for the money and the age of the puppy. They told her that she has to do it in order not to have problems with the law because now she ownes the puppy. She has already took the money back to her bank account.
Now what??
Is the company real? Is she in danger to have law problems as they say? They say that she ownes the puppy but is she??it wasn't the puppy she agreed , she took her money back ! What you think she should do? Thanks you in advance

It is 100% a scam.

The puppy does not exist, the scammers would have just asked for more and more fees and your friend would have received nothing.

No one is going to take legal action against her, so the best thing for her to do is totally block the scammer and stop responding to them. Don't accuse them of being scammers, just disappear.

It is possible that the scammer may write to her claiming to be from the FBI or Interpol or similar, if they do, she can just ignore them, it is a final attempt by the scammer to steal from her.

Please post any details you have for the scammer, such as websites, email addresses and telephone numbers as other victims may be searching for them.

Hi again!! Thank you very much for everything!! I made a small mistake. The puppy was supposed to be a French bulldog not an English bulldog that I said before. The shipping company is "Best expert logistics service" . https://bestexpertlogisticsservice.com is their web page. Their email is [email protected]
and their telephone +1 (717) 401-5005 / +44 (744) 139-3337 .
The telephone of the man who was supposed to sell the puppy +447537102181.
Again thank you very very much !
