In consideration of the amount of € 1100 inclusive of all the rental taxes ,Ella Testa as the Owner, rent and deliver to Daniela Molinaro as the Tenant, the keys of the apartment ,the owner documents and the rental agreement through Homeaway .
The Rental viewing process for the completion of a transaction (Rent or Sale) through Homeaway can be done in five simple steps:
1. The Owner and the Tenant agree to the terms (Homeaway ) and the details of the transaction.
The owner leaves in the Homeaway custody, the keys of the apartment, the ownership
certificate (Valid) and an official contract signed and completed .The tenant will receive an electronic invoice(e-Mail) with the official Transaction Case.
2. The Tenant sends a deposit to Homeaway . Payment is verified and deposited into a trust account.
3. Homeaway send an agent to deliver the keys and documents to the Tenant registered address.
4. The Tenant rent the apartment after having the opportunity to inspect it.
5. Homeaway pays the owner after all conditions of the transaction are met.
* If the Tenant decide to don't rent the apartment after inspection ( for any reasons) , the Homeaway agent will be able to provide a full refund ( full payment back).
* If the Tenant decide to rent the apartment after inspection , is free to sign the rental contract and move in .
