The organization is named Boonie Flight Project. They have a facebook and also a website.
I first found them from a post on reddit.
They claim they fly puppies out to the states and take payment on paypal.
I can confirm they're scammers because when I first applied, I noticed they seemed suspicious, so to test it I applied again with fake information and when I filled out which dog I wanted, I made up names that weren't on their adoption page. The names I made up were Hailie and Jade.
I got an email from them saying Hailie and Jade were already adopted and asked if Id be interested in [dog names]
