Subject: STOP DELAYING

Safra National Bank of New York
546 Fifth Avenue New York, NY, 10036

Dear Customer,

Greetings and best compliments of the day to you.

Does it mean you are no longer interested in claiming your funds after you delayed paying the cost of the Classified Documents because of the Pandemic? You have forgotten the official procedures you must undergo to enable the release of the funds to your Account.

The National Security Grant Memo needs to be obtained and it is your sole responsibility to secure such documents for immediate transfer, we would have asked you to come down in person, but due to the current Omicron Virus, It is better for you to pay to secure the National Security Grant Memo than to risk your life traveling down to pay and secure the Documents.

The only thing expected of you the Beneficiary is to send your Bank account details for the transfer of the Funds, such as your Bank Name, Account Name, Account Number and Routing Number as well as your Address and Telephone Number.

In addition to this, the sum of 500.00 USD will be needed from you the Beneficiary for the payment of the National security Grant Memo. In a fund transfer like this, especially when the Funds is handed down to the second Beneficiary, the transaction is being backed up by the security Grant Memo, that will be attached to your Files and the general summary notes of the transfer Files prior to Fund release.

The Board of Directors of this Bank is complaining bitterly concerning the delay on your part and I keep telling them to be patient with you that you are trying to raise the needed fee to secure the Documents.

Again, If you are finding it difficult to raise the entire 500.00 USD, then why can't you pay half the amount and balance the rest as soon as the fund reflects your account, I have personally discussed it with the issued Office and they have accepted to receive half the amount.

I expect a positive response to this message because your response will determine the direction to follow.

Yours Faithfully,
THOMAS PETTSON
