Without doing any searches there are a few things that indicate this is a scam

Firstly the undisclosed recipients
Winning a lottery you didn't enter
and the name, Williams Hughes, williams is a common surname but I dont recall actually meeting somebody with that first name.

Checking the header confirms the email came from Nigeria

Now a search on the batch number will provide any proof you may need Click Here
