Hello,
Good day and thank you for the interest. The apartment is already free
and you can start to rent anytime soon. It is located at
Eisenbahnstraße 36A, 10997 Berlin, Germany; on the 2nd floor of the
building. The apartment contains 2 bedrooms; each of the bedroom is
21m2, The rooms have a private bathroom and toilet. There is a living
room and a kitchen as well. You will only have to share the kitchen
and the Living room. The rent for each room cost 500euros monthly plus
a refundable security deposit of 500euros. The monthly rent includes
the necessary utility bill WHILE the deposit will be returned back to
you when you are moving out from the flat.
