I have received your email and well noted its contents. I pray this mail reaches you in good health.

However, I will proceed to send my bank online login details to confirm that I have the money available in the bank account. The next step to follow after showing you proof of the funds is acquiring a Power of Attorney.

The funds cannot be transferred to any bank at the moment since my bank has locked it up for security reasons. It will be activated immediately after the legal Affidavit of Ownership is changed to your name and information including the Power of an Attorney to administer the funds.

However, the Probate High Court will be contacted for an appointment and enquires about acquiring the Affidavit Change of Ownership and Will approvals. I will handle the process till all legal documents are obtained in your name.

Meanwhile, I will request for my professional service charge at least 50% ($4000) before I start the project and an extra $1,800.00 for procuring the Affidavit of Heirship including the Court fee. A total sum of 4,000 + 1,800 = $5,800

Upon receipt of the above-mentioned fee, I will proceed with the execution of the stipulated project.
