Some easy signs: None of the personell have any social media or other online presence. The offices in Europe don't exist (you only find posts on this forum linked to those locations ). The messages are preused by other scammers.

Most likely a typo in the domain. rise-real-estate.com was anonymously registered less than a month ago.
