I hope this message finds you well. I'm the owner of a vacant apartment in Sankt Peterstrasse 19, 8001 Zürich available for rent. Here are the updated terms:
- Rental Period: minimum 1 month to 1 year, renewable up to five years.
- Monthly Rent: 960 CHF (Inclusive of water, electricity, Internet, TV, a garage space, community expenses, etc.). It is furnished and renovated. Can be rented unfurnished also.
To move in, I require one month's rent upfront and a refundable guarantee of 1,000 CHF for any potential damages.
I would like to know a little something about you, what period you intend to live in the apartment and how many people will be.
Could you please confirm your ability to pay? You are welcome to provide recent pay stubs, an employment verification letter, tax returns or relevant documents proving your financial stability.
