The user Alice Orizales has posted the following scam message as a comment to a post in the Bergen City Marathon Strava group:
+44 7463 380188
Translation from Norwegian:
Hi, if you are still interested, my sister wants to transfer hers because we can't travel for the race anymore. Here is her WhatsApp. You can text her and she will transfer it to you! +44 7463 380188
This attempted scam is one of many that regularly appear on the running social media site Strava. It is looking for people who would like to take part in an event, to make contact with a view to paying for the race entry (or 'bib') to be transferred to them. The scammer gets payment, then shuts down all contact with the victim.
