The following scam message was posted as a comment on a post in the Cardiff Half Marathon Strava group:

Hello my cousin is looking to transfer her Bib registration due to an injury. Please message her on WhatsApp

This attempted scam is one of many that regularly appear on the running social media site Strava. It is looking for people who would like to take part in an event, to make contact with a view to paying for the race entry (or 'bib') to be transferred to them. The scammer gets payment, then shuts down all contact with the victim.
