The following scam message was posted in the Copenhagen Half Marathon Strava group:
Hey! I’m selling my half marathon bib - anyone interested?
The reply to a comment was then posted:
Yes it’s still available, kindly text on WhatsApp +13027274142

This attempted scam is one of many that regularly appear on the running social media site Strava. It is looking for people who would like to take part in an event, to make contact with a view to paying for the race entry (or 'bib') to be transferred to them. The scammer gets payment, then shuts down all contact with the victim.
