I was just been emailed out of nowhere from Barbara Thompson. She claimed to be an employment recruiter and had a position for me. I checked her info out but didn't go too deep. Turns out that name is highly associated with employment scams where they get you to post rental ads and take people's money and sometimes the houses are not empty. But beware cause you can be legally responsible for the fraud. I looked in deeper and found that she had a really well set up LinkedIn and contact page set up. Then I decided to call the company she allegedly worked for (which also has a convincing website but all the contact is info doesn't work, phone numbers are disconnected. She even had me talk to a "co worker" of hers to specialize my resume cause I have a little bit of a record. I checked the email IP addresses and they both had the same IP. They're supposed to be in Utah and the other in Canada. I'll post as many pictures as I can. Also be careful cause they're essentially stealing the real Barbara Thompsons identity cause she is a real person. That's why her LinkedIn was so convincing.
