It's a scam.

There are several reasons, and I won't point them all out, but the interest rate alone is completely ridiculous. There is no such thing as a personal loan for 2.99% interest. The going interest rate is much, much, higher than that. And if you are a high risk client, it gets even higher.

Whatever reason you need to borrow - Business Setup, Business Expansion, Debt consolidation, Home improvements or a family holiday, you name it and it’s yours just on your signature.

This is a dead giveaway too. He's basically saying anyone can have a loan for anything? No real company would be that irresponsible in lending. The few companies that will lend to higher risk borrowers will screen those borrowers extremely carefully, have high interest rates, and very likely collaterol requirements.
