We are currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time position 25-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain 100% confidentiality with regard to corporate, client and supervisory information.
* Organize, plan, and conduct various events
* Handle special requests and related duties
* Honors commitments to perform work, and accepts responsibility for outcomes and results
* Pays careful attention to details and to work accuracy.
* Take initiative and interest in the operation of day-to-day activities
* Travel between locations
Minimum Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
* Enthusiastic, optimistic, and energetic
* Dependable and reliable
* Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
