Even that small intro shows lots of signs of an African scammer, and as you said, the address has been flagged for scamming several times before.

It is best to ignore him--don't point out that he is listed, or he may change his address. If he contacts you again, please post his script here, but please don't contact him in hopes of keeping him going, as I am assuming your tagged account ties to you in real life.
