Initial contact was in reply to an ad renting out a house. The scammer just wrote:

Is this property available for rent?
From: Dr Kesava Mannur <[email protected]>This Mannur stinks. Geddit?!?
Date: Thursday, September 29
Dear [Name],
Thanks for taking your time to respond to my mail, i sincerely
apologise for the delayed respose. When can this rental be inspected?
Do you have a video tour of
this rental or pictures of this unit? Are you the direct owner or a real
estate agent?
What is the duration of the lease? . Can we sign more than a year
lease? Can we move in this month? I will be living in this property
with my wife and daughter. We do not smoke and we don't like pets.
Detailed personal informations and References will be provided in my
next correspondence. Is the utilities cost included in the rent?
In view of the time difference, i will want us to discuss on phone
and finalise basic arrangements.Let me know when to call you. Talk to
