Welcome to ScamWarners Bori.

They can't harm you with the details they have and financial institutions, government agencies etc. do not accept scans as proof of identity. Only the physical copy is accceptable. Therefore, you a quite safe from financial fraud.

However, some scammers use the items that you have sent in order to scam other people. Your name and the copy of your passport could be sent to a potential victim as "proof" that he is a legitimate person.
It rarely happens but is a possbility. :|

Could you please post the scammer's emails here after removing your personal details.
And, don't be too scared.

The data that i gave them: address, mobile phone number, passport number, id number. That's it. Do you still think I am safe? I hope you do!!

Welcome here Bori, and thank you for posting these scam emails.

Yes, you are safe. Au pair scammers only ask for personal details to seem real, but in fact they do not care for them. They do not use your personal details. This scammer is using a link to a hotel website for references, but the email address wich you can use to get in contact with someone from the hotel is a free mail.com email address, and is set up by the scammer.
