I'm sorry to hear that you've been scammed. The best way of making sure that others aren't scammed by this individual is to publicise his information so that others who are in contact with him and search for his details find out what he really is. If you post the email address and the initial emails that he sent here, they will very quickly be indexed by Google.

I'm really sorry that you were scammed and lost money. The "romance scammers" are the worst, in my opinion. Pretending to care while lying through their teeth, all with the goal of stealing money. I hope that you have some friends and family members that you can talk to and will help to support you with this. We are here for you as well.
As Alan said above, please post some emails, including the headers, and the name, email address, and whatever other details that this scammer was using. Leaving that information here could help other potential victims from being scammed.

you can try calling 1-800-448-1492 to cancel the Western Union payment if it has not been picked (even if experience suggests that scammers are quick in picking payments).

yes when i worked out it was a scam called western union and found that they already pick it up, feel a right mugget, crying while i writing this, can't work out this email heading thing or how to put pictures on here

what made arm bells rang was when he said he in airport and they asking him to get anti-terrorism certificate so they would release his money, that when bells went off by then they already picked the money up

To get the headers - first of all what email company do you use? The process is different for the different email companies. Example, If you use gmail - go to the instructions for gmail on the link that I gave.
